ShanJiu Holematic is a product launched by Shanjiu Group, which combines precision molds and automation. Due to its popularity, it has gradually expanded into the soft packaging, food packaging, medical, and new energy industries, and developed various categories of punching machines.

   ShanJiu has a history of 20 years since establishing its mold factory in Shanghai in 2005. It has established multiple factories and has rich production experience and stable and durable product characteristics. (See Milestones)

Strict quality management, long-term commitment to improvement

Shanjiu uses a self-designed automatic testing system to simulate customer usage scenarios with different air pressures and speeds for segmented and strict testing, ensuring that all production and assembly issues are discovered before leaving the factory and guaranteeing the practical stability of the product.

Since 2011, all punching machines have been managed using unique codes, with each machine managed using a unique code. The system records maintenance time, frequency, and cause of faults, and continuously improves through analysis to ensure stable and reliable quality.

Strong production capacity and abundant products

Shanjiu has invested heavily in production equipment to improve delivery capacity. Multiple factories have a total of 12 WEDM machines (core production equipment for punching machines), making it the punching machine manufacturer with the most WEDM machines in China, more than twice that of ordinary competitors. Capable of producing 50000 units annually.

Over the past 20 years of production experience, Shanjiu has produced various types of punching molds and is familiar with various punching molds and their usage scenarios. Due to market capacity reasons, there are also long-term good cooperative manufacturers for categories that have not been produced.

Based on strong production capacity and process management, customized standard unconventional models can be delivered within 3-4 days.

To meet customer delivery requirements and provide fast services, we have established a Taizhou Jingjiang factory in the Yangtze River Delta, a Dongguan factory in the Pearl River Delta, and a precision parts manufacturing workshop in Shanghai. A large quantity of standard products are in stock, achieving next day delivery from customer concentrated areas.

Technical standards and key features

The focus of the factory standard for the Shanjiu punching machine is on the durability and stability of the product, with precise manufacturing and tight fit gaps, suitable for long-term large-scale order production.

Due to the tight gap fit, there are certain requirements for production conditions, and the gas source needs to be clean with sufficient air pressure and flow. Oil should be maintained during production.
